Fatherhood Unmasked

Coaching is not therapy. It has similar qualities of a therapy session, but there are clear boundaries that I hold as your coach which does not go outside my role or the coaching relationship. Qualities that coaching shares with counseling are bringing attention to areas that you may be struggling and optimizing your options for a better outcome. There is 100% confidentiality in each coaching session to maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship. Scroll down for more info.

The Coaching Relationship

Fatherhood Coaching: A Holistic Path to Growth

Fatherhood Coaching goes beyond setting and achieving goals—it’s about transformation from the inside out. While many coaching programs focus primarily on task completion, our approach is holistic, centering on personal and professional growth in a way that fosters lasting change.

Rather than just helping you check off accomplishments, we create a person-centered coaching experience that supports wholeness in every aspect of your life, including:

  • Growth in Relationships – Strengthening emotional connections and communication.

  • Emotional Maturity – Developing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • Identifying Values – Cultivating deeper meaning and personal values.

  • Occupational Development – Aligning your career with your strengths and aspirations.

  • Physical Wellness – Prioritizing self-care and sustainable well-being.

  • Financial Independence – Building confidence in financial decision-making.

My role as your Fatherhood Coach is to provide a space where you can explore your inner world, uncover deeper insights, and take the next step towards your version of Fatherhood.

Therapy/ Counseling

Therapy/ Counseling is primarily focused on addressing mental health issues. The goal of therapy is to heal from past traumas. An easy way to understand this is if there are psychological problems in your life that are disrupting your normal day to day activities, high anxiety or severe depression, then coaching may not be a good fit at the moment. Areas counselors focus on:

  • past traumas

  • emotional trauma

  • painful experiences (emotional/ physical)

  • psychological issues

  • mental health disorders

  • addictions

I am always happy to provide recommendations, if needed.

P.S. I am pursuing a Master's in Counseling, so stay tuned for more updates, but in the meantime, I am your Fatherhood Coach!
